As of today, Evelyn and I have been in NH for 1 full week. I had plans of journaling, yoga, playdates with friends I haven’t seen in a while and day trips to enjoy the beautiful and rustic outdoors. Instead, Evelyn and I promptly came down with bad colds. Thankfully she’s on the mend. Unfortunately, I am not yet.
Side Note: A cold hack I’ve learned for baby: We turned a clothes steamer on in her room 30 minutes before bed time and then I turn it off once I put her down. Hello humidity 👌🏼
I’m bummed I didn’t get a blog post up this past week. There’s a lot going on but besides being sick I also don’t have a laptop at the moment which has also made posting difficult.
In addition to sharing our funemployment plans with you all I’ve also had a few people reach out about wanting to know some specific things we did to save enough to be able to quit our jobs. I’ve also had a few people ask for an update on Evelyn’s dairy allergy and eczema. So I’ll get working on those two posts and have them up soon!
